Our Story

Winter Wellness began in 2018 as the solo private practice of founder Kelly Winter, LMFT. Born from a vision of blending depth, intuition, and clinical excellence, it quickly grew into more than one therapist’s mission—it became a gathering place for kindred spirits in the healing profession.

Today, Winter Wellness is a collaborative collective of independently owned therapy practices. Some of us are fully licensed clinicians; others are talented pre-licensed associates working toward licensure. Each of us brings our own unique style, voice, and approach to the work—but we’re united by shared values: holistic care, trauma-informed practice, and a deep respect for the transformative power of therapy.

We don’t all think the same—and that’s entirely intentional. What unites us isn’t a formula, but a shared reverence for healing that is both evidence-based and intuitively guided. Together, we help people navigate anxiety, burnout, identity shifts, relationship challenges, and soul-level disconnection. We approach our work with a balance of clinical insight and deep presence—believing that true transformation happens when the nervous system feels safe and the spirit feels seen.

Winter Wellness is not a traditional group practice, but a constellation of individual therapists who choose to work alongside one another in a spirit of collaboration. We offer virtual therapy across Oregon and California, while others provide in-person sessions in Bend, Redmond, and Madras, Oregon.

We continue to evolve—individually and as a collective—striving for both innovation and excellence in all aspects of our work. Above all, we remain devoted to supporting you on your path to clarity, connection, and mental well-being.

Welcome to Winter Wellness—where collaboration, creativity, and care converge.

Kelly Winter

Owner, LMFT, OBLPCT Approved Supervisor

Kelly is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Clinical Supervisor in both Oregon and California.

She’s your therapist if you want someone who can track your inner child, your IFS parts, and every season of Supernatural — and still get you out of an ADHD shame spiral with compassion and strategy. She’s honest, a little witchy, and fully committed to helping you feel more at home in your mind, your body, and your story.

She specializes in Adult ADHD, anxiety, insomnia, and soulful life transitions — especially for women navigating identity shifts, burnout, or the sacred mess of becoming. Her approach blends transpersonal therapy, IFS, and evidence-based tools like CBT-I, with room for humor, intuition, and the occasional cosmic metaphor. She’s also the founder and fearless leader of Winter Wellness — a group collaborative full of badass, heart-forward therapists who share this vision for deep, integrative, and real-deal healing.

Daniela Murrieta

Marriage and Family Therapist Associate, Professional Counselor Associate

Dani is a therapist and spiritual life-coach specializing in life path/transitions, abuse recovery and relationship issues.

My style of therapy is holistic and multidimensional, yet evidence-based. During the therapeutic process, I may incorporate traditional talk therapy, mindfulness, dream and shadow work, connection to nature, artistic exploration, spirituality, and existential experience. I also intertwine modalities such as meditation, breathwork, and yoga, with energetic healing and neurobiological sciences.

Where you are at is meaningful; I will meet you there and honor your unique unfolding internal process.

Sionainn (Shannon) Noon

Professional Counselor Associate.

Sionainn Noon is a Professional Counselor Associate, mystic, and writer.

Her approach is based in Somatic and Jungian psychology with an ancient eco feminine-centric worldview. Her psychotherapy framework is heavily influenced by her several years of living abroad, where she studied indigenous cosmologies and women's oracular mysteries.

She works exclusively with women to support the remembrance of their innate wild and rooted self, invigorating deep nervous system support, self intimacy, and remembrance of the unique language of their soul.

Some of her specialty areas include: trauma, overwhelming emotions, attachment issues, womb or body pain, shifts in consciousness, disconnection from life meaning.

Rhiannon Winter

Outreach Maven

Rhiannon moves through the world like the rustle of a velvet skirt and the soft crackle of a vintage record — grounded, enchanting, and impossible to overlook. Part outreach rep, part marketing enchantress, she brings soul and strategy to everything she touches.

With a passion for building authentic relationships, Rhiannon connects Winter Wellness with the providers, clinics, and community partners who align with our mission. Whether she’s dropping off materials, setting up collaborations, or helping clients find the right doorway into care, she’s the heart behind our first hello.

Sherry Stahl

Client Concierge & Billing Maven

Sherry brings the kind of calm, capable energy that makes everything (and everyone) run smoother. She’s the one making sure appointments are booked, billing questions are answered, and that elusive insurance paperwork doesn’t turn into a full-blown existential crisis.

She’s also the friendly voice you might hear when you call — always up for a quick chat, a kind word, or a laugh. Off the clock, Sherry is happiest on a long bike ride or planning her next escape to Paris (the real one — think cafés and cobblestones, not Eiffel Tower keychains).
