We are contracted with:

Aetna, Moda, Pacific Source Commercial Health Plans, Pacific Source Community Solutions (OHP), Providence

We are an Out of Network provider with all other insurances. if using Out of Network benefits, you will be issued a superbill each month to submit to your insurance for reimbursement based on your benefits.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

We accept debit, HSA, or credit card payments on the day of service. For your convenience, you can set up to be autobilled. 

Session Rates

Regular Individual Therapy Session: $200 (50 minutes) **Student Rate: $50/session

Intake Individual Session:  $225 (50 minutes)

Extended Initial Individual Session: $300 (1 hr 50 minutes)

Regular Couples Session: $222 (60 minutes)

Intake Couples Session: $260 (90 minutes)

Group Therapy: $60 (60 minutes)

Group Therapy: $80 (90+ minutes)

Administrative Fees: $100 (30 minutes)

Late Cancel (Day of) or Missed Appt Fee: $100

**This fee applies to services provided by a student intern in a graduate program. These fees are not a direct charge for the intern’s services but represent the infrastructure and clinical oversight provided by Winter Wellness, LLC.
